After that, Pay as you go is $19 per month plus $0.25 per minute, Standard is $97 per month with 400 minutes included (then $0.25 per minute), and Unlimited is $297 per month. You can also prepay 3, 6 or 12 months for 10%, 20% or 30% off. There is no setup fee. Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period or prepaid term, and payments are non-refundable, except unused Pay as you go call balance.

Yes, any time. You get a credit for the unused days of what you already paid, applied to your new plan each billing period until it is used up. A charge never goes below $0, and leftover credit carries forward. For example, $19 for a 30-day month with 20 days left is a $12.67 credit. Credit applies to base plan fees only and has no cash value. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period or prepaid term.
